How Penalty Heartbreak Insurance Works

It's simple, bet on your team, and if the worst happens, we've got you covered.

1. Place a single qualifying $25+ wager on team to win or advance in any World Cup Knockout Stage match before kickoff at minimum odds of 1.50 (-200)

2. If your selected team loses the match via penalty shootout, you receive a free bet equal to your qualifying stake

3. Maximum free bet awarded is $50

4. Free bet is credited within 48 hours of the match being settled

5. Free bet is valid for 7 days from issue

Example

You bet $40 on France in a Knockout Stage match. France loses on penalties. A $40 free bet is credited to your account; your original wager is covered regardless of how the match played out before the shootout.

What Makes a Bet Eligible

• Minimum stake of $25 on any eligible World Cup Knockout Stage match

• Single bets on match winner or to advance/qualify markets only, futures and outright markets (e.g. to win the tournament, to reach the final), multis/parlays, and prop bets do not qualify

• Must be placed prior to kickoff

• One Penalty Heartbreak Insurance payout per customer per knockout round (Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Third-place match, and Final each count as one round)

• Cashed-out, void, cancelled, refunded, or partially settled wagers do not qualify

• Live wagers do not qualify

• Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or irregular activity may result in disqualification

• A single bet can qualify for one World Cup promotion only, if a bet qualifies for more than one, the higher bonus applies

• The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time
