WHY WE MADE THIS GAME We wanted to continue creating innovative and visually unique games. Inspired specifically by the look and feel of Jammin’ Jars 1 & 2, we took that energy into the design process for Retro Tapes. Cluster Links was the driving force behind Retro Tapes, as we want to give players a new way of experiencing wins. Combined with the array of features and symbols in-game, players will be able to build up and multiply huge cluster wins. We aspired to create a game that was fast-paced and easy to understand so players can sink their teeth into the game immediately with no learning curve. From a design perspective, bringing the Cassettes to life with tons of personality was so important for us, as we want to continue creating iconic characters that are even more recognisable than characters like the Jammin’ Jars or Razor Shark.
